Legacy Bloodstock founder Tommy Eastham has been nominated to serve as a Member of the Breeders’ Cup.
Tommy founded Legacy Bloodstock in 2005 and operates the business alongside wife Wyndee and their three children. Legacy Bloodstock is now a Top 10 consignor in North America.
“I am especially proud of this nomination because it is voted on by my colleagues and industry peers,” Tommy said when learning of his nomination. “To be a Breeders’ Cup member would be a true honor as the Breeders’ Cup has been very special to our family. One my first dates with Wyndee was to the 1998 Breeders’ Cup at Churchill. Secondly, Wyndee was the Executive Assistant to the President and oversaw the Breeders’ Cup board and members for 14 years. Many of the Breeders’ Cup members mentored us as we started our careers and I know how vital the Breeders’ Cup is to the future of our industry as a whole. If I’m elected, my heart and focus will be with the breeders who are the core of this industry.”
Voting opens on May 25 and runs through June 1. See below for Tommy’s full nomination bio.
